Terrence's orientation is integrative, and he grounds himself in a Humanistic and Depth-
Psychodynamic approach. Terrence is also passionate in promoting alternative paths to wellness by using expressive arts and mindfulness practices. These have enriched his capacity to deeply understand the somatic connection with the mind, body, and spirit. Terrence has experience in treating individuals with Complex Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, Alcohol and Substance Addiction, Intimacy, Spiritual Emergency, Relationship Concerns, and Mid-life Challenges.
In his spare time, Terrence appreciates walking in nature, bicycling, fitness, reading, writing,
acting, watching films and documentaries, especially foreign and independent art house films, traveling, participating in spiritually oriented events and retreats, meditating, being of service in his community, and spending time with his family.
